Maple Matcha Latte Recipe
Autumn in a mug, all year round.
Maple syrup gives matcha a warm, rounded, almost caramel sweetness that feels made for slow mornings and grey afternoons. It is a lovely swap if you find honey a little too floral for your taste.
Cosy, comforting, and quietly delicious.
Serves 1
Ingredients
-
1 to 2 teaspoons Sip Dopa Ceremonial Grade Matcha

-
200ml hot or cold milk of your choice

-
Stir the maple syrup through while it is warm.
-
Top with hot frothed milk, or pour over ice and cold milk for iced.

Tips
-
Use proper maple syrup rather than pancake syrup for the best flavour.
-
A tiny pinch of sea salt makes the maple taste even richer.
